Tennis has been my classroom, teaching me invaluable life skills: discipline, perseverance, and the rewards of hard work. I’ve dedicated countless hours to training, competing, and pushing my limits to become the best athlete I can be.

Now, I’m embarking on an exciting journey to elevate my game and compete at the professional level.

My tennis journey

I never thought I'd be a tennis player. Growing up, I played cricket with my dad and had a blast. But everything changed when I met Jenny, an amazing tennis coach. She saw something in me that I didn't, and helped me discover my passion for tennis. I started training at my local tennis academy and competing locally. As I got more into it, I realized that tennis wasn't just a game - it was what I wanted to do with my life. At 14, I decided to pursue tennis as a career, and I've been working hard ever since.

Last year, I made the tough decision to leave traditional school and focus on my tennis career. It wasn't easy, but I knew it was what I needed to do to take my game to the next level. Now, I'm home-schooled, which gives me the flexibility to train and compete without worrying about school schedules. It's been a wild ride so far, but I'm loving every minute of it. I'm learning new things, meeting new people, and pushing myself to be the best player I can be. Want to follow along on my tennis journey?

In just 10 months, I achieved a remarkable ranking of 107 out of 344 players in Tennis South Africa.
This rapid progress is a testament to my hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport.
